Jenn Mason, a longtime leader in the Greater Clear Lake area, has curated a business approach that leverages her skills in planning, organizing, troubleshooting and communication. During her 36-year NASA career, Ms. Mason led teams and developed protocols that improved program efficiency.

She joined the INTERWOVEN team in planning the Earth to Space Festival, helping to bring the NASA Artemis moon exploration story to children and the public. Known to jump in wherever the need is greatest, Ms. Mason has volunteered at CCISD, the Bay Area Turning Point, Planned Parenthood, the Lunar Rendezvous Festival and the Bay Area Unitarian Universalist Church. Her commitment to service is deeply personal; inspired by the memory of her brother, Chris Allen, who died from complications from AIDS in 2014, she is on the Board of Directors of Avenue 360, a not for profit community health care system in Houston, and also actively participates in the annual Houston Walk to End HIV and the former Johnson Space Center Out and Allied Employee Resource Group. Ms. Mason is a graduate of Smith College and the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at UT-Austin. She is married to Sean Power, and they have two sons, Makai and Keoni, as well as three rowdy dogs.
