Karen Taylor is a freelance editor, writer, and consultant. For three decades, she served as editor-in-chief of France Magazine, a cultural and lifestyle quarterly published by the French-American Cultural Foundation and the French Embassy. She also contributed to international festivals at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts from 2004 – 2025, curating exhibitions as well as writing and editing signage, collateral materials, and content for commemorative books. She has been awarded the Ordre de Mérite and the Légion d’Honneur.
